speedycash.com legal or illegal in tx

i am getting ready to send speedy cash.com a letter revoking the ACHs but want to be sure what they are i've borrowed a total of 1400.00 since aug 2010 i've paid them in full two times and i am on my third loan, i've paid them a total of 1798.56 please if any one knows if they are either legal or not. they use a cso but everything has been done online. i have 4 pdls 2 legal cashnetusa and checkngo, one illegal one click cash but speedy cash is confusing. please advise. i hope someone answers my post. by the way i live in texas. thanx in advance!

As far as I know, Speedycash is legal in Texas. Similarly, CashnetUSA and Checkngo are also legal in Texas. Thus, you'll be liable for paying off the payday loan in full along with the fees and other charges that will be added to the loan. However, if you've already paid off the loan, then you're not liable for paying them again. In such a situation, you can close your bank account in order to stop them from debiting money.
