I have pay day loans out and they continue to hara

"They threaten to take me to court, come to my house and have me arrrested." Record the company doing this to you, and use the money you get from filing against them to repay the legit loans.

You can''t be arrested for debt. Jails are already over-crowded with real criminals, if they arrested debtors we would need to turn entire islands into prisons.

The worst that can be done is a civil filing to put a judgment against you.
