CA payday loan lenders

Hi,
I would like top find out if the following interent payday loan lenders are licensed in California: USFastCash, 500FastCash (same people as USFastCash), and VIP LoanShop?
Also, I am curious about cashcentral, cashnetusa, checkngo, and checkcity?
Finally, from what I read it seems like 247GreenStreet is in Canada and not licensed in CA, or anywhere in the US. Is this correct?

Payday lending is legal in the state of California but again the
Payday lending is legal in the state of California but again the lending is strictly guided by the laws of the state. I don't think that the payday lenders that you've mentioned here are legal in the state of California.
