Ok I have sent them their letter and also filed complaints against them with the FTC, BBB and the FL attorney general. They have responded with the basic letter that the loan is under Delaware law not FL and that I still owe them the full amount. I am sticking to my guns with them and telling them that I am bound by FL law and that as a unlicensed payday lender they are only entitled to the principle amount of the loan. My question is I had a previous loan with them that I paid $450 over the principle while the current loan still has $425 left on the principle. Does this mean that they actually owe me $25?

I just wanted to thank everybody for their advice for Eastside lenedrs. I had a $750.00 loan with them which I paid back $675.00 and they claimed I still owed $910.00. i wrote letters to the BBB and FTC in Delaware and also emailed Christy Fizzano the manager there(christy@eastsidelenders.com). She got back to me within a week and said no more money would be deducted from my account and all I had to pay was the $75.00 remaining on the balance. Once she receives this, they will send me a PDF letter. Thanks again everybody!!!

In dealing w/ so many companies w/ this mess I found that Eastside was the easiest to work with.
After I sent them all the figures they sent me a PIF letter right away
