I have 5 payday loans. They have already been returned and I desperately need to find a way to pay these back and get these off my record. I don't want to be sued or have my wages garnished

You can't be sued for taking out a pay day loan. You should close your bank account immediately. That is the only way to keep them from accessing your money. If you have any legal lenders you can do what I did and I loaded a Wal Mart Money card each pay period and called to make my payments. With the help of this forum, I'm pay day free.
