I needed to know how do I find out if Payday lenders are illegal in the state of Florida. I currently have out 6 loans and I don't see any light at the end of the tunnel :(
Here is a list of my lenders:
Fleet Marketing
PayDay Max
CMG Group
Cash Call
Titan Group
Ashland Funding
I'm not sure if you need to know the original loan amounts, I have those...but it would take me some researching to find out how much I have paid back, because they keep rolling over.

Payday lending is legal in your state but I don't think the payd
Payday lending is legal in your state but I don't think the payday lenders that you've mentioned are legal in your state. If you've paid off the principal balance to them, then you won't be liable for paying anything else to them.
