SpeedyCash internet loan question

hi I had an internet loan from Speedycash. They are not licensed in Louisiana but says that they follow Missouri's laws on their website. Is this a legal lender? I know they go by Tiger Financial as well and that isnt licensed here either. I thought in Louisiana they had to follow La laws?

If Speedycash does not have a license to operate in Louisiana, then it means that they are not legal in that state. If they are operating in Louisiana, then they will have to follow the laws of that state.

I know they also are known as rapidcash but rapidcash is on none of my paperwork and rapidcash is licensed in La...the loan was for 500.00 and I have paid back 380.00 in fees and interest only. I received a letter from them that looked very legit..I just dont want to be sued by this company..
