Would you know if these online payday loan companies are legal in the state of californa:
*National cash advance
*Big sky cash (which illegally loaned me $400.00). I found out later that the max for payday loans in ca. is $350.00.
I'm curently filling a lawsuite against National cash advance in house collecters for violating my right to privace in that they had once left dozen of highly personal informative and discreptive messages on my jobs general answering machine where 450 other people can hear the messages left and delete their own messages.
So as much information about these companies I can find out about the more armed and capable to fight against such abuses. Hopefully it will help others as well in their times of distress.

Both the payday lenders that you've mentioned are not legal in the state of California. You are taking the right step by filing a lawsuit against them. As they are illegal, they cannot charge any fees from you apart from the principal balance.
