I have ohio pdl's. I recently hired progressive, and have payed them their $300 startup fee. I'm getting concerned because all three payday lenders insist they don't work with third parties. During their collection calls, they don't even try to get me to pay, they simply warn me that they won't negotiate with progressive and that I should work out another way. Progressive told me the collecters would say this, but I don't know who to believe. I've already vested money with progressive, should I stick with progressive or will it lead me to getting sued?

Most PDL consolidation companies are a waste of money if YOU have to pay for thier services. In most states, there are non-profit organizations that will do the same thing for free.

As for PDL's not working with companies like Progressive, most will not. The PDL collectors are telling you the truth.
