Well I have had a good day, Integrity Advance has given me a paid in full notice but I am still fighting them for my refund. I am going to stick to my guns with them until I receive a refund. I am still fighting with Star Cash Processing but I was able to get new information on them and United Cash Loans, neither company is owned or operated by the Miami National Tribe so you can ffile complaints with the Oklahoma Attorney Generals office which they indicated to me that they will get me the outcome that I am asking for. East Side Lenders is really mad at me because I not only sent them the Florida law on payday lending I also sent them the case law that invalidates the governing law clause of the contract which there only reply to it was "we will have our general councel investigate the matter".

That's very good to hear as with me and Eastsidet being on tribal ground because they sent the Delaware banking commission some bogus contract that said 200.00 with no fees and hung themselves after paying 180.00 on 200.00 I only owe them 20.00 so I am happy. Thanks for the info about UCL and Ameriloan no being on tribal grounds because I am filing with OK aswell.
