Ok so I found out they were given my account by Eastside Lenders whom I just got a call from the Delaware Banking that the account was only 20.00 owed and I was suppossed to get a letter confirming this. I called the Delaware Banking commission back and she called because she told me this is not right. I asked the woman from Alliance to send a debt validation letter well I said dunning letter she acted dumb as hell then she asked my address I told her send it to the one you have on file at the end of the call the hooker said good luck! I immediately call the banking commission whom jumped right on the phone to call eastside. Wow do they ever cease?

Eastside never gives up. and if Allied can't collect, they'll pass it on to someone else. Your best bet is to ignore them. When they realize they can't get anything out of you, they'll go away.

I just don't want them to report anything on my credit. Also Eastside agreed with the Banking Commission of Delaware that I only owed them 20.00 and now you send it to collections who really does that?
