I posted a thread lasrt week wondering would it be possible for me to get my money back after sending a letter to them stating why, and also sending them part of the Illinois Payday reform act. I still haven't sent it, but something happened that has me scrathing my head.
My last pay period was 4/29 since the 30th fell on a Saturday. When I checked my bank account, the usual $89.00 that Beacon debits wasn't there. Hmmmm......well I figured they'll probably just debit it on 5/2 since the 30th was on a Saturday, I checked again today and still nothing...??
Does this seem a little strange? Why would they all of a sudden not debit the account?

Yes it is surprising that they have not debited it or even called?
Usually they will even call to remind me of an upcoming debit, but no call, no debit, nothing?!?
The timing is strange because I wanted to send them an ACH revoke letter, along with a request for a a refund on all payments over the initial loan itself of $200.00. I estimate they receved about an additional $890.00! Should I still send the letter?
Also, who has contact infor for these people?? It is hard to find.
I called and a rep gave me a physical address. This is alos what the BB has them listed under:
358 S. 700 East
Suite B105
Salt Lake City, Utah 84102
However the rep had no e-mail address or fax number.
Does anyone have that info for this outfit?

Thanks!

From experience and just a word of advice....even though they did not debit your bank account this time, they still have your account number and can debit it at any time. Your money is not safe and I would close my account before they decide to debit it again. Once my money is secure, then I would send them the letter asking for a refund.
