First off, I have several internet PDL's and I believe some of them to be illegal. I would like to know the exact laws for the State of AL in regards to internet PDL. When I called earlier they seemed to indicate the internet PDL has to be licensed in Alabama to be able to do a loan. I believe the majority of my internet pdl companies are not licensed in Alabama.

Here is my list:

Fox Enterprise $200
AmeriCash Advance $400
Lakota Cash Loan $400
Cash in a Wink $300
NATIONAL PDL $300
NATL PAYDAY DEVI 8778074827 $300
Loan Shop/Sierra $400
Spot On Loans $500 Paid $300 in Fees
United Cash Loans $600 Paid $360 in fees
Pay Day Loan Yes $300 I have already paid the principal and then some and they also charged me a $10 processing fee

Please let me know if any are illegal so I can send them that e-mail once I know for certain that all PDL's must have licenses in AL.

I know Flobridge use to loan in AL but about 2mths ago they told me they couldn't do loans in AL because their license had suppossedly expired(I don't think they were ever licensed in AL and I suspect they got in trouble because someone reported them to the AG).
