Are the loans you have ONLINE or are they from walk-in locations?

I would venture to say that most (if not all) walk-in locations are licensed and legal within your particular state. That being the case, then you're best plan of action is to ask the lender(s) if they will grant you an extended payment plan to pay down/off the loan over time .... usually it's over four payments.

If the lender(s) are online lenders, then you should research with your State Attorney General or Department of Financial Institutions as to whether the particular lender(s) are licensed to conduct/perform deferred deposit transactions within your State - as well as whether the lender(s) are following the rules/regulations with regard to maximum fees/interest they can levy upon you.
