PA Loan collection tactic help

had a call from a number in new york, 716-210-6122 from a guy named jason west from legal outsourcing. He said that he received a fax from my state officials to do a legal review upon myself and the company that was filing against me and they have filed properly and have the evidence to obtain involuntary restitution against myself. Sounds like another scummy collection tactic to me. has anyone received anything like this?

If there is ever any doubt over whether they are lying or not, I am a big believer in going to your county's court website. If there is any pending legal action against you, it will be there. Chances are there won't be.

a google search brings up not much but complaints.so survey says scummy bottomfeeder.either report and ignore,or just ignore.a waste of time to talk to the humanoids.
