I have 4 internet PDL's in the state of Arkansas ( North Little Rock ) , they are:
Bottom Dollar PayDay Loans
247 GreenStreet
Sure Advance
Eastside lenders

Can anyone tell me if they are legal in my state?? I am getting ready to send my letters and wanted to have the right info so that I know my rights. Thanks bunches!!

thank you so much for your reply....if I am understanding correctly, internet lenders are illegal in my state..although some store front businesses are . I have sent the email to all 4 lenders and 2 of them have replied that they are forwarding my email to a manager who will be in contact with me. I closed my account so that they could not take anything else from me...what a nightmare this has been.
