I defaulted on my ace cash express loan, it has been two years. Today I get a threating phone call from someone telling me I'm going to be filed, sued, etc. Does anyone know if they will follow through. My loan was $600. I live in Texas.

If this pdl company is legal in your state and you have defaulted on the loan, then they can file a lawsuit against you. So, it is better to negotiate a payment plan with them before they decide to sue you.
