how can a outside collection agency, take on a illegal loan, and try to collect on this.should i report them to ftc, and ag.
under certain instances yes
well if the CA threatens illegaly.things like arrest,immediate garnishment.also if they misrepresent themselves/like state they are an investigator,or a process server.in those cases yes file not only FTC,AND AG compaints,but also a police report as any of those instances i bought up are against the law and should be reported.some CA'S have sent pdl debt back as they do not want to deal with AG'S and other such entities.
