I have two loans out I have yet to pay anything on either due to my hours being cut on my job if I would've known this were going to happen I would've never took out a payday loan to begin with.
The two loans I have are with ameriloan $200 and usfastcash $300.
I am currently now having to pay $350 and usfastcash $510.
I have spoken with someone from usfastcash to let them know that legally because I live in NC I will only pay the principle balance due. But the female that I spoke to stated that she was going to mark the account as a refusal to pay! What will happen now? what should I do? I don't have the money to pay these loans off and it makes me sick to know that I owe these people and they will not work out something fair and reasonable. I have closed my bank account but ameriloan does have my credit card information but trust me nothing is coming out of there because I have to pay the balance down on my card. What do I do?

Ameriloan is not legal in America. Apart from that, pdls are not
Ameriloan is not legal in America. Apart from that, pdls are not legal in North Carolina. So, you need not to pay any interests or fees on the loans. You'll only have to pay the principal amount. These companies will use various tactics to make you pay money. Don't get terrified. Just pay the principal amount.
