Great Sky Cash, after blocking their attempts to ACH, will not give me a PIF or refund. I have filed with the BBB, FTC, AG and Mississippi DEPARTMENT OF BANKING AND CONSUMER FINANCE.

Their replies in emails keep going on with:

"If you do not understand your signed loan agreement please get in touch with an attorney to review your loan agreement with you as you are incorrect; your account has not been paid in full and still has a balance of $627.00.
If you choose to not resolve this matter, you will be reported to Check Data Systems as a bad check writer.
We do not operate in the state of Mississippi and would not need a state license as we are exempt from state regulation anyways.
By electronically signing the loan agreement you agreed to all terms and conditions including finance charges.
Again, Great Sky Cash, LLC conducts it business under Federal law and the laws of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. It is exempt from state regulation due to its Native American status.

Thank you,
Ashley"

and

"We will not refund nor send a paid in full letter. You signed the contract knowing we are not a state by state module. You agreed to abide by the pay day loan laws of the Sioux Tribe. We will be more than happy to provide the contract to whoever needs it."

The
Mississippi DEPARTMENT OF BANKING AND CONSUMER FINANCE, has stated to me they are not legally licensed within the state and only WRITTEN checks apply, and must be written and cashed within the state of Mississippi. Since no check was written to this scam company, I'm pretty much in the clear, except I'm still getting calls which go to a voicemail and emails from them. The only thing I'm trying to do is get a PIF and or refund of the 1310.00 paid above the principal amount but do not no which steps to take next as they have already gotten the template letter from given to use from this site etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you likely won't get either.

You don't have to follow their laws and, in turn, they don't have to follow yours so, you really don't have any legal recourse against them.

If you continue to ignore their calls, they'll get tired of trying and turn it over to a CA, maybe. If that happens you can DV and/or C&D the CA.
