Please Help with Pay Day Loan YEs

As far as I know, Payday Loan Yes is not legal in USA. This is why you are only responsible to pay the principal amount. You can close the account and send a letter to the company. Mention in the letter that you'll only pay the principal amount since they are illegal. If they have debited more than the principal amount, then you should ask for a refund. Inform them that you'll be forced to take legal steps against them if they don't refund your money.

i've been dealing with payday-loan-yes recently as well. they are a very difficult, stubborn company. 'paulmergel' has been great with advising me and recently brought this to my attention:

With the article you produced you basically have what you need to file your complaints and know in the end there is really nothing they can do to you but blow smoke. Don't let them push you around hold your ground! They want to scare you as I have said before paydayloanyes is affiliated with mypaydayloan.com and they are located in Costa Rica! They will try to send the account to a collection agency but only low life collection agencies will take it and when they call you tell them you want a debt validation letter don't admit to owing the debt ask for the debt validation letter then send a C&D letter along with filing a complaint against the CA they will back down most people don't want unnecessary problems but as long as they can strike fear in you they will try to! Don't let the scare you hold on It Gets Greater Later!!!

I have done everything I can think of I sent the C&D letter I filed a complaint with the Atorney generals office and they still keep debiting my account I have contactedthe bank they wont help me HOW CAN I GET THEM TO STOP...... Please Help

I would suggest you close your bank account and re-open a different one! Read the artle that Jenna posted they are illegal and they can't hurt you! You have more than paid the principal stop giving these scum power over you take back your independence and close the account!! Don't take their calls only deal by US mail and Email because you can print those for your complaints. Keep your head up and keep fighting!!!

I have also approached a local consumer attorney, and they are currently researching the case. They also mentioned that if anyone else in the state of California have also used Payday-Loan-Yes AKA Global Payday Loan, soon to change their website to USACashExpress.com (The irony of using the good name of America) to let me know and I will forward you to my attorney.

They have mentioned they bring a Class Action suit if there are enough people out there that have been injured by these predatory lenders.
