I need advice on payday loans as I've gotten over my head...

My next pay date is Friday, Oct. 7th and I have direct deposit.

I have a
Check 'n Go loan for $2000, payments are $292 every 2 weeks
Speedy Cash for $150. $188 is due on the 7th
Advance America for $450 due on the 7th.
Plain Greens Loan. There are 2 payments of $85 to finalize this payday loan.

I live in Texas.

Any advice would help. Keep in mind that Columbus day is on the 10th the following Monday so everything would have to be done this week.

Is there a way to stop the payments and negotiate to pay those loans down differently?

I wonder if they are registered as CSO's when their website clearly states they are payday lenders? How would I go about finding this out or has someone already done this that can reply to this post?

Check 'n Go, Speedy and Advance America are all licensed to loan to TX residents. But, they should all allow you to set up an extended payment plan where you can divide your current balance due into 4 equal payments with no additional fees/interest to be charged.

Plain Green is illegal, as Soap said.
