Hello,

This site is amazingly helpful. Like many others, I'm being suffocated by
PDLs! Totally my fault, but was desperate... now I"m paying the price, and I"m in a worse off situation than i was in before.

I was wondering if someone can please help me. Here is my damage:

Check 'n Go- Short term installment loan $2,600 that's been refinanced paid $925
Ameriloan- financed: $300 paid $540
US Fast Cash- financed $400 haven't paid anything yet but $120 for finance charge
St. Armands Group- financed $300 haven't paid anything yet but $9- for finance charge
VIP Fast Cash (i think this DMA Financial)- financed $300 paid $540
24-7 Green Street- borrowed $600, no finance charge and no rollover (just $20 per $100 borrowed) due next paycheck

After research, I know that i have to cancel my checking account and open a new one. I also looked on the CA Corporation website and entered my lenders in and couldn't find anything except for check 'n go. does that mean they're illegal or should i still retrieve license #'s?

Does anyone have more information about the above companies? Also, what do i do about 247 Green Street? They're a lender located in Malta (so i;m thinking they;re illegal in CA) that doesn't offer "principles". They just ask how much i want to borrow, add $20 per $100 borrowed, and deduct from my account the next pay check. How do i go about negotiating with them?

I'm SCARED that i won't have enough money to survive after my next pay check. What do i do?
