Several friends and family received calls from Peachtree Law Center looking for me. They disclosed to them that they were "attempting to collect a debt for an online loan that I took out several years ago". They were asking for contact info for me. Has anyone worked with this agency. Are they legit? How do I contact them for a validation letter? When I google them it comes up with an Atlanta address and a Colorado address.... do I send to both? If you know anything I would appreciate your help.

The next time when you receive a call from them, you should ask them to provide you with their contact details. Once they do so, then you can send a debt validation letter to them and ask them to validate the debt in writing.

I sent certified debt validation letters to BOTH Colorado and Georgia address. Both came back undeliverable as addressed. Anyone have a new address?
