Western Sky and Cash Call

Both Western Sky and Cash Call are illegal in US. You should ask them to validate the debt in writing. Don???t make any payments until you receive a proper debt validation letter. You are required to payback only the borrowed amount since your lender is not licensed in any state of US. Moreover illegal lenders won???t be able to take any legal action because of non-payment of debt.

Find out if this ACS company is licensed in your state. This seems to be scam. Don't pay a dime if you have paid off the principal amount already.

Western sky and cash call are not illegal everywhere in the USA. It is in several states but if u took out a loan with them then u owe the money. I used to work for a collection agency and they do have the rights to charge collections fees. U got to read the loan agreement ur signing before u sign it! U Pretty much give them the right to charge any fees they want to add (depending on if they are 3rd party or own the loan) ask them. Never heard of ACS, could be a scam. Be careful! Ask them to send u alegal demand letter which would prove they have rights to collect on this. If they wont send u one, then hang up cause their a scam.

you can keep your idiocy as western sky is tribal.meaning they are not legal in any state.also cash call is only legal in CA so please don't post unless you are sure.btw any loans by these places are owed the principle only and any debits they call fees get deducted from that.so again keep the stupidity and the fact people the what was borrowed.we all know that,and don't need a collection drone to remind us.
