Anyone hear of them? Have a friend who took out a payday loan and is wondering if they are legal in Ohio, all done on line

They are another one she used, they are telling her they are licensed in the state of Ohio as a CSO per the info below, please share any knowledge you have as I was unable to locate their license via the Ohio.gov website

if you looked up them and found nothing in the CSO database then they lied(big shock)next time they call have her ask for the lic#.i bet they won't divulge it because they don't have one.did you go to the DFI website?any license will be there.
