A specialist, has called my place of employment twice and yelled at me on the phone. She threatened to take me to court to sue for the money. Then we made arrangements for $138.33 in biweekly payments. I became wary and thought it was a scam, so I stopped payment on the funds. She called my home and a job again.
I am scared. Can I do anything to stop her?

you gave in to a piece of garbage bitch.chances are they will debit on a day when they are not supposed to,or keep debiting after this supposed debt is supposedly paid.your account will never be safe again,but again you chose to pay.you see we get some posts wondering how law breaking scum stay in business.sorry,but people who give in like yourself are the reason.again i wish you luck.

Hi paulmergel. Thank you for answering my post. I do not recall owing triple services or did I receive a letter of collection. She continues to harass me and call my place of employment. I have released the funds to the org. for fear of losing my job. Thanks anyway. deanie44

you inform your supervisor that this is a complete scam,and to hang up on her when she calls.they should also tell this bitch she is not allowed to call,and report her to the police when she does.you do not give in to a piece of dirt like her as again what she is doing is illegal,and needs to be reported period.

Sorry Paul my pc was down. I have tried to stop her from calling my job, but she calls my immediate supervisor and my supervisor is upset. Should I just let that money out of my account? I do not recall owing Triple services and i never received a basic letter of collection. deanie44

what's triple services?anyway calling your job is illegal and it sounds like this place is bottomfeeder.you did right by stopping the funds.now a couple more questions.
1)have you received anything like a basic letter of collection
2)can you even recall owing this triple services
if you answered no to even one of these then ignore,and report this ms.baker,and her bottomfeeder.first to your state AG,then the FTC,then the BBB.inn the meantime just hang up,and keep hanging up on her at your job as again those calls are illegal,and just let her calls go to voice mail at home,and know anything she says will most likely be an illegal scare tactic threat.report and ignore.
