Under the site http://www.online-payday-loans.org/state-licensed-lenders/ where it lists state licensed lenders according to each state - I have found in searching the state bank commission website that Cashnetusa does not have a license in the state of Kansas anymore....it is listed as "inactive" with the reason of "surrendered". I also found a "cancellation of authority to do business in Kansas" dated 9-15-06. I think the above website needs some updating.

you should report this to the state bank commission.they need to know they are still lending,and giving the impression they are legal when they are not it seems.
