Phone calls have started

Send another email to East Side Lenders. Inform them that you don't owe the full amount. It's good that payment Direct has called you. Tell them that they owe you 245 dollars. Ask them to give you their email address. Though I feel they will not reveal their correct email address to you.

Dont tell them anything...simple do not answer their calls.

Ignore the calls. You'll start getting emails from them. You can reply to their emails with your own.

They are calling my job. I answered for Vince enterprise. Asked them if they got my email and he said yes but that doesn't apply to them and I coul either settle for paying them 150 or go to collections. I told them since they are illegal I owe them nothing but they owe me quite a bit because I definitely over paid. He hung up the phone and sent me an email saying my acct was going to collections....ugh these people are mean and hateful.

Thanks so much for yalls help. I have been ignoring all calls to my cellphone. Work is a little harder because we don't have caller Id. I notified the girls at the switchboard that answer all calls for me to just tell them I am off for the day unless it is someone that they recognize, and told my family if they need me to text or call my phone and I would call them back. Hopefully this makes it easier to avoid all of their calls.
