Hi All. Again, thank you for all of your advise on this forum. It has been so helpful. After ignoring many, many calls from Plain Green...(since I paid them the principal back and they still wanted more) and sending e-mail after e-mail and putting in my complaints, I finally got a PIF letter today via e-mail. Thought I'd share for those of you dealing with them.

We are sorry you are not satisfied with your Plain Green Loan. After reviewing your account history, we are willing to consider the account paid in full and will close your account from further activity.
In light of this, I would still appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns regarding the legality of this loan, as Plain Green stands as an Arm of the Tribe in the view of the United States state and federal courts.
If you would like to contact me directly, please feel free to do so at extension 2739. If I do not hear from you, I will consider this matter closed.
