Payday e-cash

I have several payday loans out and am in the process of sending the illegal ones letters, as suggested by this website.

However, I cannot find the fax/address for one of them. They are out of California and are called Payday Ecash.

Any help would be appreciated.

I called and spoke to the collections department. I asked for a mailing address so that I could send in a money order/money gram. The woman told me that it all had to be done electronically. I asked if I could send them to her office. She said that she did not have a physical address to give me. Finally, she caved and gave me the address to send in a Moneygram. She also told me that my account would continue to be in active collections until I pay it off in full. I told her that according to laws in my state, they were not allowed to lend. She told me that because they were licensed in Delaware, they didn't have to follow Missouri state laws. I will be sending in my CD letter today. Should I also ask for debt validation?

[COLOR=black]And I know it was stupid of me to take out a PDL from them without doing research. I went back yesterday and looked at their website -- paydayecash.com. If you look really hard at the Missouri license on the Missouri page, it is actually one from California. Tricky, huh?[/COLOR]
