Help Navigating Online Payday Loans

My story is very similar to what I'm readying I hope you can help me!
First off -- I've had these hanging over my head for 6 months.
I want to pay them down but cannot find contact information for them.
They are debiting my account like crazy! They take the money out a day BEFORE I get paid and it runs my account up with NSF fees.
So because of this I'm afraid to try and close my bank account at the expense of not being able to open a new one.
I already went to my bank and submitted a written form requesting to stop payment and they did not accept it

I'm not sure what direction to go!
Also even though I'm living in CA my driver licence is for IN -- which is what was processed on the online apps. I'm unsure which laws apply to me in this case.
At any rate I have FAR overpaid the principle amounts and am getting racked with NSF fees as well. I have listed the names of the companies DEBIT codes form my bank statements, does anyone know how to find the contact info for these places?
