These Guys Are Harassing Me - I'm not their guy.

"Mark Whitfield, director of claims processing department of International Arbitration Services" is calling me every day looking for someone else. I've left them numerous messages advising them of this yet the calls continue.
I spoke with Arthur Curry of IAS today and gave him the case number. He said that he would NOT remove my number because I had raised my voice to him. He said, "Nah, I'm not going to do that even though it would have taken me 5 seconds."
If their calls continue after my notification, what can I do?

Pick your office and call and ask for a qualified manager. Make a complaint. Then get their address and send a cease and desist letter.
