I've gotten that same machine and like the others I was scared so I setup payment so I can pay them back. I love I'm florida and is there anything that I can do to get them off my back, this loan was taken out in 2007 and that account has been long closed. Can I also send them a letter to cease and desist ? if they say there going to pursue to sue me whatever can I do. I've paid them back the principal but like they told the others, I owe interest and fees. Help me please.

Are collectors calling you trying to collect on an illegal pay day loan of which you had already paid back the principal? Don't worry about anything. Just send them a Cease & Desist letter and tell them to take a long walk off the nearest pier.
