i googled them,and they are another bottomfeeding joke.a couple of things.

1)owing a pdl is not a crime,and most if not all states prohibit criminal action for a pdl.
2)this place has a website,and it's an effing joke.no real contact info and although they claim to have offices in every state(yeah right)there is no search feature.just an 888,and an 800 number.no address.btw i'm in IL,and they have no office there.

file police reports for the illegal threats,and ignore them from now on.they are just another piece of garbage bottomfeeder that uses illegal threats to collect on ipdl's.

Thanks, I found their website today and freaked out a little. I did notice the lack of contact information. How do I take care of this debt? I had told a mr. Adams that I would call him back last week, but I did not and haven't heard from him for over a week. I expect to hear from them any time. Should I try to request their address so I can try to have them validate the debt? Is this debt beyond the statute of limitations? I live in indiana. Oh, the call claims to be coming from Fishers, Indiana. Thanks for all your help.

since theSOL is 6 yrs it is still in play,but since advance america sold it they might not have your info anymore.try contacting them to see about paying the 177.00.if they say they sold it that is too bad for bottomfeeders like regional as threatening criminal charges is illegal and you don't pay anyplace that threatens that as again criminal action is prohibited in IN.i would still file the police report,and AG complaint and do not talk to,or return messages from regional again.
