I took out a payday loan in march for $300 from QXL online.com
I live in Oklahoma. They wont make payment arrangements so i can pay it down. And I have been charged $109 dollars every two weeks. I call their number but never get an answer. Please help!!

OXL is not an actual lender. They are a loan matching service. Y
OXL is not an actual lender. They are a loan matching service. You need to find out who the original lender is. Check your bank statements and your credit report. It should give you a clue.
