internet payday loan indiana

I had a internet payday loan that they are calling an installment loan for $1250.00 on 11-15-2007 through Check n Go it is my understanding that this violates Indiana law in reguards to the total amount that can be loaned in this state and they are trying to serve me papers to this effect. I am wondering what if any options I have in reguards to this matter thank you.

ChecknGo is registered and licensed as a lender in Indiana but strangely their site itself says that installment loans are only available online to 9 states which does not include Indiana. I think you should have a word regarding the matter with the company. It should clear things up.
