Hi.
I've been browsing this forum extensively on the behalf of my mom. There are a lot of conflicting pieces of information regarding the legality of these loans. We live in California and these are her loans.
Cash Call
Loan amount 2600
She's paid the initial amount several times over on this one. I figured she'll have paid about 10,000 dollars for the 2600 dollar loan at this rate.
Quick Click Loans
Loan amount 2600
Has paid about 2880
Plain Green Loans
Loan amount 800
has paid 680.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cash Call and Quick Click are both very abrasive and the payments aren't even really late yet. They will be, however, as my mother has been laid off and lost another major source of income. Any help would be amazing as to what to do next.

CashCall - This is a little dicey here. Was the loan originated by Western Sky or did your mom borrow directly from CashCall?
Quick Click - Licensed and registered in CA. Nothing much your mom can do. Has she tried calling them and asking for an extended repayment plan? How much are they saying is due?
Plain Green Loans - Illegal tribal lender. Your mom owes exactly $120 more to these people, not a penny more.
