I am seriously considering debt settlement. One of my main concerns is that after enrolling in the program can the credit card companies still sue me or garnish my wages? Also do you have to put all of your unsecured debt into
the program offered or can you choose the ones you want.

And yes, it is quite possible to be sued while in a debt settlement program.
