Please help get me out of the vicious PDL cycle :(

1. What state do you live in??

2. Who did you borrow from?? Full name of lender.
3. How much did you borrow?
4. How much have you paid?

1.) ACE Cash Express $650.00 - Paid $393.19 - Still Owe$256.81

2.) National Payday $700.00 - Paid $2,846.10 :o

Thanks for the info!

I'm following all steps. Now one other questions - how should I approach the 2 CSO's? I do not want any of these companies to have access to my bank account again.

Can I pay them another way? Will they allow that?

Now that I've closed the account, nothing will hit the account, should I contact the CSO's before they attempt to draft?

Thanks again for the info.

Yes, definitely contact them before they attempt to draft. You do not want these things getting put into collections. Call up the legal loans and work out a payment plan. If I were you, I'd use the money I'd be getting in refunds from all of these illegal loans you paid way over the principal on. If I were you I would IMMEDIATELY contact those you overpaid in writing and request a check to be mailed to you. Take that check to a wal mart and pay 2-3 dollars to cash it. Do NOT deposit it into your account and let these guys have any access to your new account info.

The offshore ones are usually tougher to get refunds from but I believe yours are just unlicensed payday lenders that operate in the US. If you make them aware of your knowledge of the laws of your state and gently threaten them they will probably mail you a check. Just make sure you don't deposit it into your bank directly, use a wal mart check cashing machine or something.
