1. What state do you live in? I live in Michigan
2. Who did you borrow from? Ameriloan, 500fastcash, Americanwebloan, Plaingreenloan, Multiloansource
3. How much did you borrow? Ameriloan - $400
500fastcash - $500
Americanwebloan - $700
Plaingreenloan- $500
MultiloanSource- $500
4. How much have you paid? I am not exactly sure how much I have paid because I have had to close my bank account because these places kept taking money out and it was taking all of my paychecks.
Ameriloan - It says my last payment was $250. But it says that I owe about 700, because of interest.
500fastcash - the last payment was $350, but I paid much more than that.
American web loan - it says my balance is $700, which I know is wrong because I paid on it every other week and it never went down.
Multiloansource - This one called me at work and said that they were going to give me serving papers at my work if I didn't pay them back. So I agreed to pay and they're currently taking money out of my account now. The site doesn't even let me sign on to it so I don't know how much I have paid.
I am pretty sure that I paid most of the principal balances off.
I would like to know which one of these, if any, are illegal in Michigan. All of them are calling my house everyday and they're calling family members and my work which is getting annoying. I have already explained to them that I don't have the money to pay what they want every other week.
I have read that Ameriloan is illegal in the United States, is that correct? and which other ones that I listed are illegal in Michigan? Thank you for any help!

Multiloansource - These people are not the actual lenders, they are a loan matching service, which means that they took your loan application and sold to an actual lender who loaned you the money. You need to find out who the actual lender is. I'm pretty sure that its going to be an illegal lender.
You are entitled to a refund of whatever amount you have paid over and above the principal, applicable in case of all the listed lenders.
You need to read this:

Follow every step and DO NOT forget to file complaints against all the lenders with the AG and the FTC.

I think the multiloansource is "Nationwide". I just searched google and found this link http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-888-720-7966
How do I actually contact Nationwide though? I can't find an email for them and they're taking money out of my account. I sent an email to multiloansource thinking they were the actual loaner but i don't know how to contact the Nationwide.

I deactivated my debit card after finding out/reading that the "Nationwide" was a scam. Today I got a call from nationwide leaving a message on my answer machine saying it was a courtesy call that the payment was declined and that i was at risk of receiving documents over the weekend and if they don't hear from me within 10 minutes, "good luck". Should I just ignore the call?
