Thank you and I could use a little more advice Please

First off, I want to thank all of you on the forums for your strength and guidance. It has been a great help to me and when I get through with all of this, I hope that I can become a resource for others as you all have.

I am having some difficulty with MyPayDayLoan.com and received a letter from a supposed attorney from Costa Rica who goes through the usual BS that you have all stated, including citing some rediculous case laws from the 70's and early 80's that even I know is not relevant to this situation but the interesting thing is that she has attached a form at the end of the letter that basically states:

Adjustment of Account Balance Agreement

Upon executing the Agreement and returning it to Mypaydayloan.com by fax, and in consideration of adjusting (my name)'s account balance, (my name) agrees to the following:

I acknowledge that all communication with MPDL.com and their representatives is protected and privileged.

I won't disseminate or share in any way any communication from them in any form or share any content from them with anyone in any form.

That I have an account balance of a little over $600 (they give the exact amount), but upon signing the agreement and returning via fax to MPDL.com, the total amount owed will be $0.00.

That I will pay the adjusted balance of $0.00 to MPDL.

That I acknowledge that upon paying the adjusted sum of the account that there are no further obligations between them and me.
It says I must sign it and return fax within 2 days of receiving it.

I am just wondering if this is a wise thing to do to sign it. I seems a bit strange like I am having a carrot dangled in front of my face but I am not really sure. Any suggestions?
