My family has started getting these calls that I need to show up in court in a couple days. The voice messages were addressed to me and gave me a date to show up but nobody has contacted me directly. I called the number and researched the company name. I might have taken out a loan with payday one years back and I am in Hawaii and if I'm reading it correctly, they are licensed in this state. I don't know what to do or even how I go about finding out for sure what time I have to be in court. I am more then willing to make payment arrangements but speaking with these guys are intimidating enough. Please help me. I don't know what steps to take next.
