I posted earlier that I have loans with Payday One, Loan Machine, Cashnet USA, CheckCity, and Mobileloans. I live in Missouri. Of these, Mobileloans was the only loan determined to be illegal. I closed my account over the weekend. I sent Mobileloans the illegal creditor letter.
I have had a difficult time finding a sample letter or anything to send to the other lenders to negotiate an alternative payment plan. Any suggestions?

Please update this thread once you get a response from your loan places. I also live in Missouri and have a loan out with Loan Machine. The payments I have with them are pretty high even if it is only monthly instead of biweekly and I wonder what might be able to be worked out with them.
