Are these Paydays Legal in FLorida

I have been in payday hell.

I have been blessed by my aunt to help pay back these lenders who have just been eating my entire paychecks. Now doing some research I found this place and wanted to know if what I found so far is still accurate.

I live in florida so is

Opportunity loans legal

Mobile Loans Legal

Spotloan Loans Legal

Plain green Legal.

From what I found Spotloan and Plain Green are illegal and just the balance is need to be paid.

Unpaid legal payday loans can appear on your credit reports. However, pdl companies usually don't pull your credit reports for loan approval; they only do income verification. For illegal pdls, you just have to pay the principal amount; you're not obligated to pay more.
