Advice: Storefront lender in Texas, can't pay it!

I have an installment loan with Loan Express in Texas. The loan was for $300 and I have made 1 payment of $75. My payment is due, and I can't afford to make the payment. It is almost 30 days past due now.
The store manager is calling me, and threatening to come to my job. I told her I could not make the payment today, in plain terms. She said that didn't matter, and they had to get the money today. She said she will come by my office later today. They are completely and totally unwilling to make ANY arrangements or payment plans.
What possible options do I have? I know they are licensed with the OCCC in Texas.

Is this thing registered as a CSO/CAB in Texas? Or as a payday lender? There is nothing much you can do in the latter case. In case it is a CSO/CAB, you can ask for an EPP.
You can find out if the lender is a CSO/CAB by looking through your loan contract. It should be clearly mentioned therein.
