I received a PDL from MyIncomeSciences, but the debits occur under Get Cash Now? Are these 2 companies one in the same? It is very hard to find MIS on the web to begin with.

Payday hell is about to hit. MIS is out of Canada, BC. I have asked for their license number in the State of Missouri, but they have not responded. Legal or not?
