Consolidation and other questions

I live in Oregon have 5 online payday loans:

Great Plains Lending
United Cash Loans
I am wondering is it's worth going through a consolidation program. If so, does anyone know of a legitimate one? Also, will the loan companies harass my references? Has anyone experienced that?
Today I got a call from a scammer saying they were sending the police to arrest me for not making payments on a payday loan I never received. Do I need to worry about this?

No and no. Do not consolidate these; they are all illegal loans.
No and no. Do not consolidate these; they are all illegal loans. furthermore, the "sheriff" is not coming to arrest you. Don't worry that is a common scam.
