I am having the same problem with a payday loan company called cash yes.com, I am paying $90 weekly on a $600 loan. So far I have only paid $35.00 toward the loan. I have two other loans that I am trying to pay off as well. I do not want them to withdraw from my account any longer.I was going to close my account down and then pay them off my western union, but I want to make sure that this is legal.

Did you not understand soaplady? You don't owe any fees/interest. ANYTHING you pay counts to the 600, they are an illegal lender operating offshore w/o a license. Follow the link in our signatures for how to deal with them. Close your bank
