I understand that Great Plains, Plain Green and Ameriloan are tribal, but the others I am unsure about. Is it my understanding that loans are not illegal in Pennsylvania but they must be licensed. They are not licensed lenders. Any guidance would be appreciated!


Payday loans are illegal in PA. You are only morally obligated to pay back the principal amount borrowed. You have definitely paid back some of them more than required. On this site under forums, click paydayloan help, then click sticky on how to deal with the illegal lenders. Follow every step. Definitely close your bank account and open a new one without any link to each other. It does take some work on your part but it is worth it in the long run.
